Randall E. Hall is a dedicated minister, worship leader, and media director with a heart for service and a passion for spreading the gospel through music and technology. He currently serves as the Minister of Media and Worship at New Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in Maple Heights, Ohio, where he leads dynamic worship experiences and oversees the church’s media ministry to enhance outreach and engagement.With a background in pastoral leadership, Randall previously served as Lead Pastor at Penny’s Chapel Community Church in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. His ministry is rooted in a deep love for worship, biblical teaching, and community empowerment. Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Voice Performance from Kentucky State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Worship at Liberty University (expected May 2026).Beyond his church leadership, Randall is a devoted family man. He has been happily married to Caylin Hall since 2013, and together they are blessed with their 4-year-old son, Jaylen. He is also an advocate for education, youth development, and social justice. Committed to using his gifts in music, administration, and ministry, Randall strives to inspire others and build a thriving, Christ-centered community.
